This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Document Maker ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.
1. Information You Create in the App
The App lets you create documents, add text, add images, generate PDF files, and manage saved documents.
Document content, selected images, generated PDF files, settings, and backup files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, save, or back them up using features provided by your device.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores your document content, selected images, generated PDF files, or backup files.
2. Photos and Images
The App may ask you to select images from your photo library.
The App only accesses images that you choose through the system photo picker. Selected images are used to create or edit your documents and are stored locally as part of your document data.
We do not upload your selected images to our own server.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to show ads.
AdMob may collect and use information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, approximate device information, performance data, and diagnostic data for purposes such as serving ads, measuring ad performance, fraud prevention, analytics, and improving advertising services.
Depending on your device settings and your consent choices, AdMob may use information for personalized advertising or non-personalized advertising.

4. App Tracking Transparency
On supported iOS versions, the App may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before allowing third-party tracking for advertising purposes.
If you do not allow tracking, the App can still be used, but ads may be less personalized.
You can change this choice later in the iOS Settings app.
5. Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve the App.
Analytics events may include information such as app interactions, screen usage, purchase-related events, ad-related events, device information, and general usage data.
We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect the text of your documents, your selected images, or the content of your generated PDF files.

6. Crash Reports and Diagnostics
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to help identify, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability issues.
Crash reports and diagnostic information may include device information, operating system version, app version, crash traces, performance information, and identifiers used by Firebase to associate crash events.
Crash reports do not intentionally include the text of your documents, your selected images, or the content of your generated PDF files.
7. In-App Purchases
The App offers an in-app purchase to remove ads.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card number or other payment details.
The App may store and check your purchase status to provide purchased features. We may also record purchase-related analytics events, such as whether the remove-ads purchase was completed or restored.
8. Sharing, Export, Backup, and Restore
The App may let you export, share, save, back up, or restore documents and PDF files.
These actions are controlled by you. When you use system sharing, file saving, or backup features, your data may be handled by Apple, other apps, cloud storage providers, or services that you choose.
Please review the privacy policies of those third-party services if you choose to share or store your files with them.
9. Data Linked to You
Depending on the services used, the following categories of data may be collected and may be linked to you by third-party services:
- Identifiers, such as device identifiers or advertising identifiers
- Usage data, such as product interaction and advertising data
- Diagnostics, such as crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data
- Purchase history related to in-app purchases
The App does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, precise location, or similar account information.
10. Children
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can review the issue.
11. Data Retention
Document data, selected images, generated PDF files, settings, and backup files remain on your device unless you delete them, delete the App, or move/share them using your device's features.
Analytics, advertising, crash, and diagnostic data are retained by the relevant third-party service providers according to their own policies.
12. Security
We use reasonable measures available through iOS and the App's local storage design to help protect your data.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for managing access to your device, backups, exported files, and shared documents.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are made means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
