These Terms of Use define the conditions for using Easy Document Maker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App is designed to help users create PDF documents by combining text, images, tables, and other document blocks.
The App provides features such as document creation, saving, sharing, printing, backup, and restore.
2. Stored Data
Document data, selected images, saved PDFs, settings, and backup files are generally stored on your device.
When you share, save, back up, or restore data, that data may be handled by Apple, other apps, cloud storage providers, or services you choose.
You are responsible for backing up important documents and PDF files.
3. Documents and PDFs
Saved PDFs store the content as it existed at the time of saving.
Editing the original document later does not automatically update previously saved PDFs. Save the PDF again if you want to keep an updated version.
PDF files cannot be edited directly in the App. To edit content, open the source document and create a new PDF.
4. Ads and In-App Purchases
The App can be used for free, but ads may be displayed.
The App may offer an in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed through the App Store.
Purchase restoration is available from the settings screen in the App.
5. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to do any of the following when using the App:
- Violate laws, regulations, or public order.
- Infringe the rights, privacy, reputation, or credibility of others.
- Attempt unauthorized access, analysis, modification, or reverse engineering.
- Interfere with operation of the App or related services.
- Any other action that we consider inappropriate.
6. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the content of documents or PDFs created, saved, shared, or printed using the App.
We are not responsible for loss of data caused by app issues, device failure, operating system behavior, other apps, user operation, lack of backup, or similar causes.
We do not guarantee that the App's features, display, saved results, or PDF output will perfectly meet your specific purpose.
7. Changes to the Service
We may change, add, suspend, or stop features, specifications, display, ads, purchases, or support content when necessary.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page.
